I put a lot of passion, fantasy and time into every piece, and I'm really attentive to details :)
Everything in this shop is completely handmade, from figurines to charms, no molds have been used so that you'll own a unique creation!

It is my duty to make a safe package for my items, for this reason I make some little handmade cardboard boxes myself and put it in a bubble envelope.
Bigger or more fragile items will be shipped in stronger cardboard boxes.
◙ SHIPPING ◙
All listings are provided for normal Air Mail and contains packaging costs too.
I usually ship on Tuesday and Saturday of every week.
Please note that I live in Europe and only orders received during the morning of the day before will be shipped on the next day!
- For ex. US customers will have to submit their order at least on Monday night to have their package ready for Wednesday.- Thank You!
If you need insurance please contact me before the purchase!
It is also available Registered Mail, which is trackable only till the package is in italian border. But it is highly reccomended because I will keep the receipt and the code of the shipping.
Global express Courier is available too. If you are in a hurry or you want the shipping to be the more safe as possible contact me for details.
I usually ship the item within 5 working days from the payment received. In the case of a delay I will do my best to keep the buyer informed.

Creazioni di maggiori dimensioni o più fragili verranno spedite in scatole di cartone.

Per tutti gli oggetti è prevista spedizione per Posta Prioritaria e i prezzi sono comprensivi dei costi di imballaggio.
Tempo previsto: 1/2 giorni entro territorio italiano.
Se desiderate l'invio tramite posta Raccomandata - altamente consigliata-, tracciabile sul sito delle Poste Italiane e di cui vi invierò il codice a spedizione avvenuta, contattatemi prima dell'acquisto!
(Modalità limitata a spedizioni di pacchi/buste di altezza massima: 5 cm.)
Tempo previsto: 3/4 giorni entro territorio italiano.

- It is a buyer duty to read carefully items' descriptions and shop policies.
- BUYERS WITH LESS THAN 95% positive feedback are pleased to contact me before making a purchase. In case they buy something without contacting me before, the purchase will be canceled.
- ALLOWED only buyers over 14 years, in case of under 14 an adult is required to ensure the purchase. In other cases the purchase will be canceled.
◙ COMMUNICATION ◙
It is my habit to answer to questions as soon as possible.
I usually like to keep my costumers informed of what is happening (for example for costum orders), and after a purchase and payment recieved I usually send a convo (Etsy's message) or a mail after the item is shipped.
◙ FEEDBACK ◙
I usually left feedback after I'm sure that the item has arrived safe to the costumer, and after making sure that everything is ok and he/she is completely satisfied. So feedback will be left after receiving, when the transaction is perfectly closed.
If you're not happy with an item please contact me and see if we can work something out before leaving negative feedback!
Negative feedback will be understandable only when the item that you have received is completely different from pictures' one.
As prices and sizes are clearly indicated, please purchase them only if you agree with them.

Except were expressly indicated, pictures are just samples, so there might be slight differences in the one that you'll receive.
◙ POLYMER CLAY ◙
As I work with hands there might be slight finger prints on the creation, also removing dust is really hard, even if I keep my working table extremely clean, and some may remain on the work.
◙ WHY "KEEP AWAY FROM LITTLE CHILDRENS' HANDS?◙
Most of my items are made of polymer clay, and little parts could be easily taken for candies by little children, and be accidentally swallowed.
◙ TRADES&SWAPPIES ◙
If I hearted your shop or your items I will be probably happy to trade with you!

-OOAK: One Of A Kind creations are unique! And I won't re make them again.
◙ RESERVATIONS ◙
I can surely make a private listing and reserve you an item, but I’ll relist the item after 7 days of no purchase.

-As in this period I have just a little free time available I'm not able to accept orders with too close expiring dates, except in case it's a matter of month/s. That is why I highly reccomend you to contact me much earlier to book yourself in time, especially if you're looking for a special personalized gift for birthdays or festivities.

Send an e-mail to redfenyx_order [!at] yahoo.it with the idea that you have, then I will send you a sketch of what I am going to realize.
Attention: (If you liked the skecht) I have to recieve the payment before I start working!!
Then you have to tell me the address where you'd like the item will be shipped to and the shipping option you prefere.
It's your choice to send me :
- a partial payment: the half of the total cost of the item, exluded shipping&packaging cost. Then, before I'll ship the item, I have to recieve the other half of the payment plus shipping&packaging costs.
- or the total cost of the object + shipping&packaging costs.
Once the item is baked or made it is not possible to modify it.
If you've got a particular expiry date I suggest you to contact me much earlier, because there are some period really busy for me, for study and work.
For animals and peoples: if you would like me to make your pet or a friend I will need some pictures of him/her, so that I can give a look to his/her details .
If you are not in a hurry and commissions' status is closed you can always write me a mail to book yourself, as soon as possible I can send you a sketch, and I will contact You for when I'll have little free time available to work on commissions.
